The most important condition is this: please enjoy using our websites and catalogues, and we hope they make it easy for you to find products which will delight and help you.

Please don't copy anything from our websites and catalogues other than for your own use; please don't change them and then redistribute them; and please don't use them to conduct activities that breach any laws or infringe any third party's rights.

Our websites and catalogues are as accurate and as up to date as we can possibly make them, but we reserve the right to make changes and (because we are human) to make the occasional error.

Guarantee

We want you to be absolutely happy with our products and services, so we provide the simple Cobbydog guarantee: if something goes wrong or you are not pleased with our product then simply send it back to us. We will replace or refund the item.  Our Customer Care team are available on 01535 681927. Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4.30 and Friday 8am - 4pm.

This guarantee ensures that if anything goes wrong you have the peace of mind of knowing that we are here to help. In addition, if you decide that you made a mistake or you change your mind then please send the goods back within 14 days of receipt. Sadly, this can only apply to whole unopened bags of dog food. If you do decide to return anything for whatever reason then please see the information about how to return products.

Pricing & Stock

We try to make sure that pricing is as accurate as possible. The correct price for any product is that displayed on the website at the time we receive your order. If we make a mistake on price and it is higher than it should be then we will refund the difference.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are only accepted when we dispatch them. We might not be able to accept your order if:

  • your funds don't clear, whether you are paying by credit card or cheque
  • we have made a pricing or product description error
  • we believe you are not using our website responsibly

We care a lot about protecting you from fraud. If we suspect that your card has been stolen and someone else is using it then we will not sell the goods to them. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse any order.

We accept credit card and debit card payments via our secure website or over the phone.

Delivery

We are proud of our rapid delivery, which is normally next working day to mainland UK; Highlands and Islands can take one to two days longer. We deliver from Monday to Friday. If more than 5 days have passed since we confirmed dispatch and your order has not arrived  please contact us via email cobbydog@cobbydog.com or call 01535 681927

Cancellations & Returns

You can cancel any order that has not been dispatched. Please call our Customer Care team on 01535 681927 between 8:00am and 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am and 4.00pm on Fridays.

We hope you will be pleased with our products. If for some reason you are not, please return to us in good condition at your own expense and we will refund your money or give an exchange.

If you are returning a product because it is faulty or something is wrong then we will pay for it to be returned to us. The Customer Care Team will arrange for the items to be collected.

You can return any item for any reason whatsoever, even if you have just changed your mind, within 14 days of receipt of the order. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales
